Orders and payment

You may place orders on the website or through WhatsApp checkout. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) unless we agree another method with you. An order is an offer to buy; we may confirm, delay, or cancel it if stock, address, or payment details are incomplete or appear fraudulent.

Pricing and coupons

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include the sale price shown on the product page. Coupons are subject to validity dates, minimum order value, and usage limits. We may withdraw a coupon if it is misused.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. You must provide a reachable mobile number and a complete address with PIN code. If a delivery attempt fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available, extra charges may apply for a reattempt.

Returns

Tell us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or dead-on-arrival (for live plants). Perishable groceries and opened packets may not be returnable. Approved returns follow the status flow on your order page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Product reviews must be honest and lawful. We may refuse service or close an account that abuses the store, coupons, or staff.

Changes
