When you register or checkout we may collect your name, email, mobile, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and order details. Guest carts use a browser cookie so your basket can be restored. We also store order history, coupon use, and messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

We use this data to process COD and WhatsApp orders, confirm delivery, send order status updates, improve the shop, and reply to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We may share details with delivery partners only as needed to complete an order. WhatsApp checkout opens a message to our store number; WhatsApp’s own privacy terms then apply. Legal requests may require us to disclose information where the law asks for it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for login and a guest cart cookie (gb_cart_token). You can browse without an account, but checkout and wishlist features work best when cookies are enabled.

Your choices
